Our Terms of Business will apply to your booking. Please read these carefully before reserving your placement.
A deposit of £250.00 per person is required to secure your booking and is payable via Debit/Credit Card or Bank Transfer. Our bank details are available upon request. Superbike Tours will confirm your booking by way of email. On confirming your wish to take part in one of our tours this will be your confirmation that you agree to our Terms & Conditions of Service.
On receipt of your Tour deposit and completed booking form, Superbike Tours will send you an email confirmation; this will include details of your reservation and the Final Payment Date of which your balance must be paid.
The tour must be paid in full no later than 60 days before date of travel or your reservation will be cancelled. Payment can be made via credit/debit card or bank transfer.
Bookings made 60 days or less before departure will be accepted only with full payment. On receipt of final balance Superbike Tours will again confirm via email with full details of your tour.
The 1992 Package Travel Package Holiday and Package Tours Regulations and EC Directive 90/314EC requires all holiday organizers to make provision for the protection of holiday makers money in the event of the company's insolvency. In accordance with the regulations Superbike Tours will hold all clients’ money in a trust account until such time as your tour is completed.
The tour price will not be subject to a surcharge save that resulting from Government action affecting transportation cost and/or currency fluctuations. Such circumstances are beyond our control and as such may dictate an increase in the cost of the tour. Any increase less than 2% will be absorbed within the original published price. Superbike Tours reserves the right to introduce a proportionate surcharge for increases larger than this. If as a result of the surcharge, the increase is more than 10% of the stated tour price you will be given the option to cancel your booking and receive a full refund.
If for any reason a participant decides to leave the tour before the end he/she will not be refunded and Superbike Tours will not be responsible for any associated cost incurred.
Superbike Tours will organise and include full breakdown and recovery insurance. This will include repatriation of you and if applicable your passenger and the motorcycle back to our HQ in Essex. You are required to take out additional medical/travel/holiday/personal accident insurance and if a UK Citizen you must obtain the new European Health Insurance Card which replaces the old E111 and is available free online www.nhs.uk/NHSEngland/Healthcareabroad/EHIC or via the Post Office . This European Health Insurance Card covers the majority of medical fees in EC countries for UK Citizens only. It is your responsibility to take out adequate insurance cover for your holiday at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation we will supply you upon request with a cancellation invoice for any insurance claim.
It is sometimes necessary or unavoidable to have to make changes to your tour booking. In the case of any major alteration Superbike Tours will notify you as soon as possible before your departure date to advise you of this. In the unlikely event that your tour can not take place due to the minimum number of places not being reached, you may accept an alternative tour or if you prefer you may cancel your booking and Superbike Tours will refund all monies paid by you in full. Changes may have to be made to your tour due to unforeseen circumstances out of Superbike Tours control and/or adverse weather conditions
Superbike Tours cannot be held liable for any compensation or expenses arising from the change in your booking. Once the tour has commenced Superbike Tours reserves the right to alter routes and accommodation at short notice due to circumstances beyond our control. In the unlikely event of this happening, Superbike Tours will notify at their earliest. If accommodation has to be changed Superbike Tours will endeavour to provide accommodation of at least the same standard.
A valid UK passport valued for a minimum six months after your return is required for visiting EC countries. If you or your passenger hold any other passport a visa may be required, and you should contact the appropriate office before travelling. Cancellation due to not being able to participate in any tour for not holding the correct/appropriate documentation will leave the tour member liable for full payment of the cost of the tour subject to your rights of cancellation set out in these terms.
In the event of any extended delays on any sea crossings, Superbike Tours will endeavour to secure an alternative crossing. Superbike Tours cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays caused by: war, civil unrest, industrial action, blockades, failure of hoteliers, ferry operators or other suppliers. Superbike Tours cannot be held liable for any compensation or expenses arising from the delay in your tour. In the case of any delays you are responsible for providing your own meals and additional accommodation.
Participation in any tour is entirely at your own risk. Riders are also responsible at all times for any passengers/pillion travelling with them. Superbike Tours are not responsible for any of the following issues: Illness, injury due to accident, death to rider or pillion.
If you fail to appear on departure date/time (No Show), miss the departure time or are not willing to travel for any reason, Superbike Tours will not be held responsible or refund any amount of money to you.
Superbike Tours do not offer a refund on initial deposits or full payment once this has been made.
If you are prevented from travelling for any reason you may transfer the booking to another person providing a minimum of 14 days’ notice is given (charges will apply)
Superbike Tours endeavour to ensure that the suppliers of the services which you will receive during your tour are efficient, reliable and of high standard. Superbike Tours will not and cannot be held responsible for any part of the tour which due to outside influences does not meet the standard advertised.
In the event you need to make a complaint, you should initially approach the tour representative. If you still consider that your complaint has not been properly addressed or resolved, you should put your comments in writing and send them to:
