We can sometimes offer a return at a time/date when we are normally closed. Out of hours charges apply.

No, we only have the one location in Brentwood, Essex.

No, due to insurance our motorcycles cannot be returned when we are closed. They can only be returned during our normal opening hours unless an out of hours opening has been booked.

All returns must be checked in by a member of staff with the customer present to inspect the bike together.

No, full weekends only. Bank Holiday weekends must be booked for the full duration, whether 3 or 4 days.

Day hires are only available during the week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday during high season.

Subject to availability and additional charges. We can sometimes offer returns outside normal opening hours including Saturday afternoons, Sundays and Public Holidays.

No, you can ride as many miles as you wish.

150 miles per day is included within each rental day.

If you are delayed, contact us as soon as possible as any delay can affect the next rental.

Rental extensions are subject to availability and additional charges will apply.

After insurance acceptance and booking confirmation, we require:

  • Driving Licence (front and back)
  • Passport (non-UK residents/licence holders only)
  • International Driving Permit for non-UK/EU licence holders if required
  • Two proof of address documents dated within 30 days (utility bills, bank statements, mobile phone bill or credit card statement)

We can cover most licences. Some licences require approval from our insurer, so please contact us to confirm before booking.

An International Driving Permit is highly recommended to avoid issues with local authorities.

If your licence is issued in Europe, USA, Australia, Canada or New Zealand and you are only riding in the UK, an IDP is not required.

If travelling to Europe or Ireland, an IDP will be required.

The deposit/excess is processed upon collection of the motorcycle as a pre-authorised transaction using a Visa or Mastercard credit/debit card.

The amount is between £3,000.00 - £4,500.00 depending on the motorcycle and your licence type. The excess may increase if insurer referral is required.

We do not accept American Express or cash.

Once your booking payment has been processed, the rental charge is non-refundable.

Please ensure you are certain of your dates and motorcycle choice before booking.

Most motorcycles require riders to be at least 25 years old.

Sports bikes require riders to be at least 30 years old.

Riders must have held a full motorcycle licence for a minimum of 2 years.

No, all motorcycles must be rented with our insurance cover included.

Yes, we strongly recommend travel, medical and cancellation insurance, especially for overseas or European travel.

No, only one rider can be assigned to each rental agreement.

Yes, provided your licence allows it, you are over 25 years old and have held your full motorcycle licence for at least 2 years.

Yes, we regularly cater for groups of various sizes from around the world.

Yes, travel within the European Union is permitted with prior approval and an additional fee.

You must inform us of the countries you plan to visit so we can provide the relevant documentation and insurance.

Travel outside the European Union, to Morocco, or to countries in conflict is strictly prohibited.

No, all motorcycles must be collected and returned to our Brentwood, Essex location.

No, however you may leave your vehicle at our location for the duration of the rental period.

Yes, however the minimum rental charge during the week is one day and at weekends it is two days.

No. Off-road riding, track days, racing, rallies, beaches and any form of competition are strictly prohibited.

There is no insurance coverage for these activities and the renter will be fully responsible for all damage and loss of income.

No, due to insurance restrictions our motorcycles cannot be used for training or motorcycle tests.

No, our motorcycles cannot be used for delivery services.

Yes, full roadside assistance is included with every motorcycle rental.

Motorcycles are supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full. Charges will apply if returned with less fuel.

Yes, free luggage storage is available at our location.

Yes, helmets, jackets, trousers, gloves and GPS navigation devices including Garmin Zumo XT and BMW Navigator VI units are available subject to availability.

Yes, all motorcycles include a GPS/Sat Nav mount, usually compatible with Garmin Zumo XT or BMW Navigator VI systems.

Many motorcycles can also be fitted with a Ram Mount phone holder.

Most motorcycles have luggage options including panniers, top boxes or Ventura bags. Some also include inner bags.

Please check the accessories listed for your chosen motorcycle.

No, tank bags are not permitted as they may damage the fuel tank.

The only exception is the BMW R1300 GSA models which include a tank bag.

Yes, however we will need to provide a bespoke quotation based on your specific requirements.
